1、采用正压二次成型、打飞机孔(选配)、冲裁、输托、加料、下纸卡、热封、成品输送等包装形式，结构简单，操作方便;
2、采用不锈钢罩壳，外形美观，清洁方便;
3、采用进口变频调速、彩色触摸屏(人机界面)和PLC可编程控制系统，产量高、噪音低，操作更清晰简便，自动化程度高，更具人性化;
4、采用伺服电机无极控制行程，调节行程简单，更换模具方便;
5、采用光电控制，PVC硬片用完和纸板不够时可蜂鸣报警提示;
6、采用整机分体设计，方便运输和出入电梯;
7、采用分卷塑片.上塑装置，可节约大量的包装材料;
8、可根据用户和被包装物要求设计模具和自动加料器。 (此机器使用于人工加料)
